My Story

Hi. I'm Vivian. During my 3 years of working within customer service, I've developed the ability to empathise with customers, put their needs first and implement solutions that solve their problems.

In addition, I'm a self taught Web Developer who's familiar with how websites are designed, so they feel intuitive and how the server and client side interact with each other to provide users with information they request to see.

I'm making this career change because I have a strong interest in web design. I know how to put customers first. I can create user centric web designs that are intuitive and easy to use. I enjoy the challenge of designing wireframes for responsive web apps then receiving feedback from users expressing their pain points, so I can improve on my designs. These skills and experiences make me excited to pursue a career as a UI Designer.
